Hi, I'm Tracy.

I am a community retail pharmacist with 10 years of experience in pharmacy management, clinical program implementation and business development.

My background in retail pharmacy management has shaped my strategic approach to improving pharmacy operations, generating business and training pharmacists to provide more clinical services to their patients. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and wear many hats - managing large retail pharmacies, coordinating clinical programs at independent pharmacies, and even acting as project manager for a successful URAC specialty pharmacy accreditation. 

I believe a commitment to continuous improvement is the key to success. I’m always thinking about what else I can learn and what else I can do to help pharmacists work better so we can help patients feel better.

I enjoy helping pharmacy owners optimize their operations and implement clinical programs, increasing revenue and bringing a greater sense of joy and fulfillment to their work while making an impact in their patient’s lives.

I hope to create a community of like-minded pharmacists who are passionate about health and wellness and want to make a difference in their communities and in the healthcare industry.
